In an ideal situation, all people have tablets and use different apps and online learning tools to follow the lecture, take notes, find supportive information, and post questions. Modern education is not far from that image. People are constantly relying on online learning tools, and some of those tools are taking place in the workplace, too.
Training Tools
Training tools are all those programs, platforms, or templates that help trainers deliver their training to their learners. In reality, there are literally dozens (or maybe hundreds) of training and development tools out there. Some of them are quite specific to training while others are tools that can also support other professions as well.
